Roasted organic squash soup with duck fat brioche croutons and fresh sage

Entree (choice of)

Pistachio crusted wild salmon filet with a lemon-chive-creme fraiche

Coq au vin “our way”; Roasted breast of K&M farms chicken and a red wine marinated and slow cooked leg; Johnston’s bacon, mushroom, and red wine jus 

Braised boneless beef short rib; caramelized onion and port wine braising jus

All entrees served with roasted potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Dessert :

Selection of Christmas Treats;  chocolate & beer brownie, honeycomb, white chocolate cranberry, pistachio bark &  salted chocolate shortbread cookies
