$80 per person

Tickets and more info:

Spit roasted hog with a selection of house mustards, chutney and compotes

Chicken, slow roasted over coals, basted with fresh herbs and olive oil

Local potatoes, tossed with butter, and served with a chive and horseradish creme on the side

Maple bacon beans

Summer vegetable medley

3 x Seasonal salads

Basket of fresh biscuits, corn breads, and sour dough breads with whipped butter

Fruit crisps with chantilly cream for dessert

One of each of the following, served from the grill:

Herb crusted beef sirloin and vegetable kebob

House made cider and sage sausage

Lemon and herb basted Central Park Farms chicken boneless chicken thigh


Local potatoes with chive crème

House baked corn bread and biscuits with whipped butter
