Menu

1st Course:
Red kuri squash soup with cranberry orange compote and sage oil2nd course:
Roasted Fraser Valley lamb loin served over a lamb and mascarpone ravioli with  lamb bacon – braised kale and a roasting jus reductionEntree
Wild salmon filet;  beet risotto, lemon-caper-brown butter, arugula – pear salad garnish

Dessert:
Apple cider creme brule with ginger snap cookie
