Step Back in Time at Rowena’s Inn on the River

February 10th 2019

1st course
Central Park Farms pork terrine with Klipper’s Organics apple butter, Fraser Valley Cider Co. mustard, Tesfa farms water bufalo blue cheese, and crostini
2nd Course:
Mt Lehman cheese Co. chevre polenta topped with a ragu of Aldergrove walnut  alfa fed lamb shoulder, house cured and smoked lamb bacon, mushrooms, and lamb jus
Janes cranberry honey glazed confit of Fraser Valley duck, Canadian lentil and Cropthorne Farms root vegetable ragout; cranberry compote and honey gastrique
Individual pear croustades with dried plums cooked in spiced wine and winter chantilly cream
February 17th 2019 

1st Course:

House made Central Park farms chicken sausage, nut fed pork guanciale, and olives in a fennel and chili scented tomato sauce with ricotta gnocchi

2nd Course:

Roasted Ocean wise ling cod, mushroom ragout, and a truffle-herb infused Golden Ears Cheese Crafters butter sauce


Slow braised Two River’s meats boneless beef short ribs; Cropthorne Farms parsnip puree, roasted organic carrots, red onion marmalade and rich red wine braising jus reduction


Chocolate cake, strawberry coulis, mascarpone cream
