This was one of our most requested recipes at the restaurant. Once you make it, you’ll put this s@#t on everything! Grab some truffle from All of Oils for this recipe, they sell a great product that isn’t over powering!

Herb and Truffle butter

1 lb unsalted butter softened

1 tsp sea salt

¼ tsp ground black pepper

2-3 tsp white truffle oil

2 T minced chives

1 T minced rosemary

1 tsp minced thyme

2 large shallots, minced

1 -2 garlic cloves minced

-combine in a bowl, if not using right away store in the fridge.
