1st course: Local organic green salad; Mt Lehman Cheese co. water buffalo cheese, seasonally inspired vegetable garnish; Backyard Farms herb vinaigrette

2nd course: Ricotta gnocchi, house smoked wild sockeye salmon, capers, and a Roots and Wings Vodka, dill tomato cream sauce

Entree: Herb and garlic crusted New York strip loin roast; Parmesan, herb, and truffle roasted potato; organic pine nut and wild foraged mushroom roasting jus; seasonal vegetable selection

Dessert: Chocolate olive oil “truffle”, BC Buzz honey ice cream, salted caramel
