The week before your dinner I set about sourcing the best ingredients to create a menu just for you!  You see me on social media, or at a farm or market… You wonder “is some of that going to make it on our plate? What is he going to do with it? What will he prepare pair it with?”

Then the night of you dinner arrives…

You sit down with the anticipation and excitement of what is to come. Each course starts to arrive at your table, not just with a description, but with a story behind the food.

We have a private, covered area, directly beside the Chef’s Shack, for the chef’s table at the Fraser Valley Cidery.

This is an outdoor venue however, so please dress accordingly.

Reservations available 7 days a week, based upon availability

Must be booked minimum 7 days in advance

A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to book your table

Pricing:

2- 3 people $110.00 pp

4-6 people $100.00 pp

7-8 people $90.00 pp

This is a 6 course chef’s choice menu.

Pricing does not include tax or gratuity. 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 5 to 8.

Dinner starts with a house cured charcuterie, local cheese, and preserve platter with a complimentary tasting of cider. This is followed by two appetizer courses, a sparkling wine and sorbet palette cleanser, entrée, and finally dessert.  A fresh baked selection of house breads also accompany your dinner. Additional cider, coffee, and sparkling water is available for purchase from the cidery.
