The Kitchen Table Experience

     When I started Chef Adrian Beaty-food from the farm, I wanted to include a home dining experience, but setting a menu and having someone book weeks or months in advance has never made much sense to me.  So I decided to look back at the restaurant to see if there was a way of translating that menu philosophy into an unforgettable in home experience. The Kitchen Table was the answer! This had to be the ultimate way of serving what is at its peak; allowing me the creative license to create on the go with what the farmers have available that day. Imagine you and group of friends booking this Kitchen Table experience in your home. After a brief chat about what your loves, your likes, and your adventurous side, I will set about sourcing the best ingredients to create a menu just for you.  Imagine; the week before your dinner, you see me on social media, or at a farm or market… You wonder “is some of that going to make it our plate? What is he going to do with it? What will he prepare pair it with?”  Then the night of you dinner arrives, the smells and sounds from your kitchen greet your guests. You sit down with the anticipation and excitement of what is to come. Then each course arrives at your table, not just with a description, but a story behind the food. You’re enjoying your wine, your company and talking about the food that’s just arrived.  You are “living in the moment”…perfect!

2-3 people $135 pp

4-5 people $120 pp

6-10 people $105 pp **

-$20 travel fee for Vancouver/Delta/Richmond/North Vancouver/West Vancouver/Chilliwack

This is a 5 course “surprise meal”*

Site visit may need to be required

50% deposit required at time of booking (nonrefundable within 14 days of the date)

*Work with allergies, limited amount of likes/dislikes (if you are really picky, this isn’t for you)

**groups over 6 may require additional serving staff at $20 an hour
